Statement of Faith and Ethical Commitment
What we believe, and how it shapes the way we work.
Background
Enwealth Financial Services Limited and its subsidiaries have integrated into its operations a Workplace Discipleship and Chaplaincy Programme (Interdenominational) as part of its commitment to nurture the holistic person who is a spirit, has a soul and lives in a body. The programme is founded on the conviction that sustainable excellence, ethical conduct, diligence, teamwork, and inner fortitude are strengthened when work is understood as service to God and humanity.
The Company acknowledges God as the source of life, wisdom, purpose, integrity, stewardship, and service. We believe that work is not merely an economic activity but a calling through which individuals may serve God, serve one another, serve clients, and contribute meaningfully to society.

Statement of Faith
Enwealth Financial Services Limited was founded on 1st February 2011 and stands on the following Christian beliefs and biblical principles:
We believe that the Bible, comprising the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired Word of God and the final authority for faith, conduct, doctrine, and godly living. 2 Timothy 3:16-17
We believe that Scripture reveals the nature of God, the condition of humanity, the way of salvation, the purpose of work, and the principles by which individuals and communities are called to live. Psalm 19:7–11; John 20:31
We believe in one God, eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe that every person is created in the image and likeness of God and therefore possesses inherent dignity, worth, and purpose. Genesis 1:26–27
We believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ and not by human effort, status, works, or merit. Romans 10:9–10
We believe that God is the ultimate giver, sustainer, and source of all provision, wisdom, opportunity, skill, and the ability to create wealth. We further believe that wealth and resources are to be received with gratitude, managed with humility, and used faithfully for God’s purposes, service to others, and responsible stewardship. Deuteronomy 8:17–18
We believe that work is a gift from God and a platform for worship, stewardship, service, creativity, diligence, excellence, and witness. Colossians 3:23–24
We believe that integrity, diligence, accountability, humility, excellence, innovation, trust, and service are expressions of faithful stewardship before God. Proverbs 11:3; Proverbs 22:29; Philippians 2:3–4
We believe that faith must be demonstrated through integrity, truthfulness, accountability, justice, responsible stewardship, and care for others.
We reject corruption, dishonesty, exploitation, discrimination, abuse of power, manipulation, harassment, and conduct that undermines the dignity of people or the witness of Christian faith. Proverbs 11:1
We commit to fostering a workplace culture where ethical conduct is not merely a policy requirement but a matter of personal conviction and spiritual responsibility. Colossians 3:17; Titus 2:7–8
