How the fund works

Growth from shares, over the long term.

Objective

Long-term capital growth, the most return for investors over the long term, and steady growth through the dividends earned.

What it invests in

At least 60% of the fund in shares listed in Kenya, on other regulated exchanges or unlisted, chosen by research; the rest only in cash and cash equivalents.

Dividends

Dividend income earned is distributed twice a year and credited to your portfolio.

Investing

Invest from KES 100 as a lump sum, and add to it as you go. Units are priced every day at their net asset value.

Withdrawals

One free withdrawal a month. Further withdrawals carry a withdrawal frequency charge of KES 500. No exit fee is charged when you redeem units.

Safekeeping

Your money and the assets bought with it are held in custody by an approved bank, licensed by the Capital Markets Authority and regulated by the Central Bank of Kenya.

Regulated

The Enwealth Capital Unit Trust Scheme is offered to the public with the permission of the Capital Markets Authority.

Risk

A medium-to-high-risk fund: share prices rise and fall, so its value can fall as well as rise, and there are no guarantees on your capital.
