Mr. Simon Wafubwa

Simon Wafubwa is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Enwealth Financial Services Limited, a fast-growing and customer-centric investment and financial services company with an asset portfolio of over KShs. 100 billion within 15 years. Enwealth provides pensions, insurance, and investment solutions across Kenya, Uganda, and Mauritius, serving individuals, institutions, and communities. The organisation’s journey began with approximately KES 300,000 and has grown into a multi-country financial services group, reflecting a story of resilience, stewardship, and strategic growth.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (Actuarial Science) and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Nairobi. He is an alumnus of the Stanford Seed Program, Fellow, Institute of Certified Investment and Financial Analysts (ICIFA), a member of the Pensions Management Institute, and serves as a part-time lecturer at the College of Insurance.

Beyond corporate leadership, he is committed to transformative impact through initiatives such as the Enwealth SEED Programme, which supports emerging entrepreneurs by promoting financial literacy, growth pathways, and sustainable livelihoods. He is passionate about marketplace ministry and actively engages in platforms such as CBF, where he encourages leaders to integrate faith, purpose, and enterprise. He is also a global speaker, sharing insights on leadership, stewardship, and wealth creation across international forums.
