Ms. Sharon Kisire

Sharon Kisire is a Commissioner at the Teachers Service Commission. She has over 20 years’ experience in Organizational behavior and HR Professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of Organizational management in both public and private sectors. She brings into her coaching experience in different industries as leader in People and culture and serving in different Boards.

She works with Executives and emerging leaders to challenge and horn their leadership capabilities. Sharon is a deep believer in excellence, resilience and internal strength and ensures a holistic approach is brought to the coaching conversations.

She holds a PHD in Business & Management from Strathmore University, Master of Arts and a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology, both from Kenyatta University. She also has a Diploma in Human Resource Management.

She is an author of six (6) academic and motivational books.
