She has over 10 years extensive knowledge and experience in pension and insurance sector where she has been offering Employee Benefits Consulting which includes Trustee Advisory, Retirement Benefits Trainings, Pension Scheme Operations and Relationship Management.
Cynthia is currently pursuing Masters in Finance and Investments, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science and is a Certified Trustee under the Trustee Development program of Kenya (TDPK).
